  1. Registration is open to Mauritians and Mauritian Residents only. You should be above 16 of age and have never been convicted by a court of law for any crime or misdemeanour;
  1. Participants who are below the age of 18 should give a written consent from their parents. Failing to submit it, your application will automatically be withdrawn;
  1. It is your obligation to keep your profile up-to-date and to notify SocialHüb of any changes as they occur; contact details, username etc;
  1. Your application will be assessed according to the information provided and the content from your account.  We reserve the right to decline any application which is not in accordance to our guidelines or does not meet our requirements. In light of the above, you will be notified;
  1. You agree that you will not use any information from our website to harass, abuse, or harm any person;
  1. We respect the privacy of the users of this platform and are committed to responsible business and data management practices. Kindly take a moment to familiarise yourself with our Privacy Policy;
  1. This platform is a medium where you can showcase your skills and competences. We do not take part of the negotiation process between you and any company, and cannot be held responsible or accountable of any unaccomplished tasks, service interruptions, misunderstandings, negotiation process went wrong or other information besides those which are published on our website;
  1. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete and truthful. You acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the conditions listed herewith and may be required to consent to further terms and conditions at a later stage;
  1. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute arising out of or in connection between The Ideas Suite Ltd & SocialHüb and your company or your kind self will be submitted to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Mauritius;
  1. The services, terms and conditions may be reviewed occasionally. You are recommended to review them on a regular basis.
